*For users that paid through bank transfer, please attached a receipt showing that the payment has been made in the email.
1. There will be strictly no refunds unless the item is Out of Stock.
2. No cancellation of order is allowed once the item(s) is ordered/payment is made
3. All goods sold are non-exchangeable,non-returnable after the point of collection
Collection Method
1. Merchandise may take between 1 - 3 weeks to arrive after the order is sent. Meet ups for collection will be held every weekends at Boon Keng MRT Station Exit A
3. Meet ups for collection can also be done on weekdays at Macpherson MRT
4. Registered postage method may be opted if you are unable to collect through meet ups.
Value-Added Services provided:
1. I don't mind holding the item(s) for you if you are unable to collect them due to your tight schedule. You may just collect it when you are comfortable with.
2. Please feel free to contact me be it by phone (Whatsapp) or email if you have any enquiries regarding the merchandise or your orders. I will do my best to reply to you promptly
3. Emails will be replied within 6 hours
4. If you are not comfortable in paying full amount for the items before you actually see them, I would accept if you could place a 50% deposit of the price of the item for 1st time buyers. (After that, you should know that I do my job ^ ^)
